Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 January 2026

In short: we build Aurora so that we simply don’t have data about your activity. You can’t hand over or lose what doesn’t exist.

1. In short

This policy explains what data Aurora VPN processes and why. We follow the principle of minimisation: we collect only what the service can’t work without, and nothing beyond that.

2. What we do NOT collect

  • Your browsing and app history
  • DNS queries and connection metadata
  • Your assigned VPN IP and session times
  • The contents of your traffic

3. What we collect

The minimum needed to run your account and billing:

  • Email — for sign-in and account recovery
  • Subscription status and payments (via the payment provider)
  • Aggregate traffic volume — to fight abuse, with no link to websites

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction, or full account deletion at any time. We process such requests within 30 days. Deleting your account erases your email and payment link from our systems.

5. Contact
